SATURDAY SPECIAL; MACARONI AND CHEESE

Hello everyone, it's the weekend and probably the time most of us tend to binge or do the direct opposite, but I have got a recipe that makes dinner easy for the family.
This meal can be ready in 30 minutes and the measurement here can serve 6 people.

INGREDIENTS
16 ounces elbow macaroni
1⁄4 cup butter
1⁄4 cup flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or 8 ounces cheddar cheese.

DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in flour, and cook for 3-5 minutes to form a roux; add salt and pepper; slowly add milk, stirring well after each addition.
  3. Cook and stir until bubbly.
  4. Stir in cheese a small amount at a time until fully melted.
  5. Drain macaroni; add to cheese sauce; stir to coat.
