GERMAN PANCAKES RECIPE BY ANDRELLA'S BLOG
Hello everyone, sorry I have been a bit busy and trying to start my online store it is very demanding. So today's recipe is German pancakes, its very nutritional and yummy with calcium, potassium, carbohydrates, vitamin A and C, iron and protein. It takes 30 minutes to prepare and serves 3 places, with 5 simple ingredients.
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
dash salt
1 tsp vanilla
5 Tbs butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- As oven preheats, put the butter in an un-greased baking dish and place in oven, just until melted.
- Place the eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour batter into baking dish.
- Bake, for 22-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and puffy.
- When done, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar and syrup.
